Tat’s in Pioneer Square – Don’t let the humble exterior full you. This is a Seattle favorite. Lots of choices, ample portions, great service and rave reviews. Although lunchtime means a line, they have a good turnaround time. Oh, and they have a food truck too!
Salumi in Seattle – This is a Seattle icon for a reason. They pride themselves on sandwiches handmade from the freshest products from the local area. There will be a line, but waiting is worth it.
Old World Deli in Bellingham -Old World Deli recreates the true European style experience. They make their own sausage, smoke their own bacon and roast meats for their deli style sandwiches.
Cugini Imports Food and Deli in Walla Walla – This small family owned deli is on the outskirts of Walla Walla, but worth the trip. They carry a wide variety of cheeses and meats imported from all over the world. They create sandwiches and charcuterie trays, but they are NOT open for dinner, so come early.
Cottage Bakery and Delicatessen in Long Beach – Stop by early and you will find locals enjoying conversation over local coffee and fresh donuts. This homey spot is lined with wooden booths and serves hot soups and made to order sandwiches. They are also a bakery and have a great selection of cookies, donuts, cakes, bars and other sweet stuff.
